1. One student must act as Group Leader:

Responsible for:

Collecting payment from group members

Scheduling sessions with the tutor

Communicating any group topics/needs

2. No Refunds for Absentees:

If one or more students miss a session, it still runs, and no refund is provided.

3. Group members must be on similar academic levels.

Tutors may suggest adjustments or refuse group structure if it affects quality of learning.

4. Minimum group size is 2 students.

Maximum is 4 for standard group pricing.

5. All payments must be made in advance

Group Leader handles session bookings through a single payment account.

6. Referral Discount:

A £5 discount applies to both the inviter and invitee for the first session.
